I love designing Wedding cakes.
My favourite part of my job is setting the cake in situ and seeing how it brings together and enhances the style of the day.
I am a creative with a focus on detail and a ‘Can do’ approach.
My background is in furniture & product design and account management. Design is something that is a part of me in both my personal and professional life. Account management has helped me to communicate with my clients and interpret their wants and needs into creating a beautifully designed and bespoke wedding cake.
