All iced finished cakes consist of three layers of your chosen sponge, unless your bespoke design requires otherwise. All tiers are generously filled with our signature Swiss meringue buttercream with luxurious centre before being coated in a foundation of rich Belgian chocolate ganache. The final outer layer of sugar fondant is then applied and smoothed to perfection before your final flourishes are added.
The design possibilities with an iced design are countless which means each time I create a design it is truly reflective of your style and your special day.
